I’m trying to find a zumba DVD that at least partially caters to the over 50 crowd. I live out in the country in northern illinois and there are no places nearby to join a zumba gold class without driving 30 miles. I currently work out to my Nintendo Wii Challenge games and the Sparks videos as well as some misc other fitness videos but I’d really like to find a good, taxing, but not ‘over the top’ zumba fitness video for older people. Not so much jumping………
I don’t even know what to look for. All of the zumba dvd’s seem to be for younger, more agile people.

Hi Shellie, I love to dance and always have. I am 76 years old and would love to do zumba. I went to a class here, but it was too much for me. I would love to get a zumba DVD and work out of my home. I have asthma, so I can’t be as vigorous as I use to be. Can you help me.

I am also looking for a Zumba DVD that would be geared more towards seniors – healthy and active seniors – we are a group that lives in Mexico in the winter and we do a lot of the walking aerobic DVDs (Leslie Sansone) and have a 45-55 minute time slot available 3 days a week. Having a Zumba DVD geared to our age group (50-80ish) would be nice. Any suggestions?
