Chair Zumba Fitness Class @ Leigh Hall

I am 73yrs old and one of the “Oldest Zumba Gold Instructors in the World” and I found my niche in the Zumba Fitness world. I teach Chair Zumba and Zumba Gold Fitness classes (geared to the senior population) in Independent, Assisted and Skilled Nursing Care facilities.

Every week I’m blessed to add another facility. This week, I’ve added Leigh Hall Assisted Living, Norfolk, VA.

The people in the class were fun, involved and very lively. They smiled and expressed so much joy as they moved to the music and danced. Even the aides and some employees couldn’t resist our Zumba Gold rhythms and came in to participate with us. Everyone was shaking it up, dancing, waving their arms, shimmying their shoulders. From the coins on their belly dancing scarves, wrapped around around their hips or shoulders. to the laughing, hooting and howling, a great time was had by all.
